Özkan (Founder)
I am an Alternative Health Practitioner and Yoga Therapist
For me it is very important that we spend time with our body to become stronger and to have a holistic attitude towards life. In 2008 I found the Bikram Hot Yoga and I experienced from that moment how good this kind of Yoga is for my health and wellbeing.
I love to be in contact with people and I enjoy the students who join my classes and who take the challenge themselves.
My therapeutic experience flows into my Bikram Yoga classes.
You will find out more and more what your body is capable of.

Alda
I am a certified Bikram Yoga instructor since 2010.
From that time on I have been teaching in many studios in Munich, Europe and Africa, such as in Nairobi, Kenya.
I am also a physiotherapist. This knowledge influences my teaching a lot.
It is always fascinating to see, how this sequenz of 26 and 2 breathing exercises can change the body and mind within only a short time. Physical limitations and pain can be reduced or even gotten rid of totally.
I teach in German and on request in English.

I practice Bikram Yoga since 2013 and I loved it fom the very beginning. I joined the classes as often as possible and I have been deeply impressed by the quick success. Besides the physical effect I am excited about the beneficial effect it has on the human mind and soul.
Yoga repeatedly opens up a way to find to myself.
My love to Bikram Yoga is unbroken over the years, that’s why I decided to become an instructor and did my training in 2016.
I am so happy about teaching in Özkans studio, my instructor from the very first lesson and share the joy of practicing Bikram Yoga with all of you.

I’ve completed my first Bikram Yoga class in October 2010 at the Bikram Yoga College in Vienna. After just a few classes, I could feel my stiffened and flattened cervical spine was regaining more flexibility through the warmth and the exercises. Since then I have been exercising regularly and I’ve had a lot of great impressions across several Bikram studios. This ultimately gave me the opportunity to complete the major yoga teacher training (2018-2020) at the Paracelsus School. In September 2019 I discovered a new passion in Inferno Hot Pilates, which prompted me to take part in Gabi Walters’ online TT in May 2020. The combination of Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates makes my heart beat faster, so I really look forward to have many nice classes in the Bikram Hot Yoga Studio im Tal.
All Yoga Teachers
that teach in our Studio are qualified in the Bikram Yoga.
